www.pklonline.mu is owned and maintained by PKL Online Ltd. (also referred as PKLonline.mu) bearing Business Registration Number “C20173892” and the principal place of operations is located at Motorway M1, Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun, Mauritius.
Although we do our best to ensure accuracy of all information in this website, we shall not be held responsible for any prejudice whatsoever resulting from the use of this website.
These Terms and Conditions apply to persons purchasing Products or Services from the website, and as well as any person visiting same.
PKLonline.mu reserves its right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. We recommend you to read and acknowledge these Terms and Conditions each time you access the website.
Capacity to Contract
You hereby warrant that you are 18 (eighteen) years or older, under the laws of Mauritius, you have the requisite legal ability to enter into the website, namely PKLonline.mu and be bound by a contract to make any online transaction.
Scope of Permitted Use
You may not alter, modify, decompile, copy, replicate, distribute, pass, sell, transmit, broadcast, print, exploit, license or create derivative works from the website. If you wish to copy, reproduce, distribute, send, broadcast or publish any of the website’s content, whether electronically or otherwise, you must obtain prior written approval from PKLonline.mu.
Warranties and Indemnities
You hereby indemnify PKLonline.mu and its directors, managers, staff, agents, officers or contractors or any other person for whom PKLonline.mu may be liable under the law for any loss, harm, liability or claim arising out of or arising out of your use of or violation of these Terms and Conditions by the website or its content.

Such matter or any dispute regarding the execution of the Terms and Conditions shall be dealt with in a friendly manner; otherwise, the provisions of the Code Civil Mauricien would resolve the matter or dispute.
PKLonline.mu reserves the right to deal with any legal claims arising from any such conflict in any competent court of the Republic of Mauritius. Such right shall prevail even after cancellation, amendment or termination of part or whole of these Terms and Conditions.

Removal of Access
PKLonline.mu can alter, amend, suspend, remove or discontinue at any time, at its sole discretion, any aspect, feature, products and services or information contained in the website. PKLonline.mu can also, without notice or liability, enforce limitations on certain features and services or restrict your access to any or all of the materials on the website.
You consent to receive communications from PKLonline.mu electronically and agree that all such agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications are deemed to be duly sent by PKLonline.mu for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.
You recognize and agree to receive PKLonline.mu promotional ads from time to time by registering and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

PKLonline.mu’s website can contain links to website and advertising of third parties. You will be leaving this website once you have access to these links and PKLonline.mu cannot be connected in any kind concerning advertising, contents, offers, guarantees, purchase of goods and services that are offered by these third parties.
PKLonline.mu reserves the right at any time, without warning, to delete any links to third party websites and advertisements.
Information we collect
The customer must provide information such as name, surname, email address, telephone number, mobile phone number, vehicle description, vehicle registration number if applicable, and other details when registering and ordering on the website to facilitate order processing.
Purpose of data collected
To allow order-taking and supply of products and services from the website.
To provide customers with information about the products and services we provide.
To suggest and recommend customers about goods and services that may interest them based on products or services previously provided.
Data are used to understand the market demand and improve services. Communication with customers also includes sharing of information, news, upcoming events and promotional campaigns.
Third party disclosure
PKLonline.mu reserves the right to resell on the website, goods and services of any third parties which may also have their own websites with their own trade policies, terms and conditions and; thus, PKLonline.mu shall dissociate with all these.

Customer’s personal data is stored safely in PKLonline.mu database. PKLonline.mu endeavours good data protection and its data security is reviewed regularly.
Only authorized personnel at PKLonline.mu can have access to customers’ personal data.

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password obtained upon registration as to restrict access to third parties. The customer agrees to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account including the use of his/her password.
During registration on the website, the customer will be asked to choose a ‘login name’ and a password to access his/her account. His/her email address will be used as his/her login name.
If the customer forgets or loses his/her password, the password can be reset on the website.
The customer should change his/her password on a regular basis.
The customer should notify his/her Bank immediately when his/her bank card is lost, stolen or expired.
If the customer updates any of his/her information, PKLonline.mu may keep a copy of the information that the customer originally provided. The customer can view and modify his/her personal information by clicking on the website option “Account”.
PKLonline.mu may also share the customer’s data with its banks and other authorized persons for the purpose of processing the online payment transactions.
PKLonline.mu has done its best to provide on the website with products’ information and specifications where applicable. Such details originate from either the related manufacturers themselves or the suppliers. PKLonline.mu cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.
Pictures, images or photos thereof are for guidance only and are non-contractual. We disclaim all liabilities whatsoever in case of misuse, wrongful use, negligent use or wrong application on the part of the customer, which may result in any consequential damage/prejudice to the customer or any third party.
Products are sold without any guarantee to the customer, except for those which are specifically advertised at that specific time.
The customer will be charged with the price advertised on the website at the time of the order.
PKLonline.mu reserves the right to change the price of any item without any notice prior to the confirmation of the order.
All prices displayed on the website are VAT included.
If you are paying through CIM Finance, please input your NIC number on the CIM Finance portal and follow the instructions to complete your application.
You will be notified by email of your application's status and the steps to follow.
Hire purchase prices will vary according to the initial deposit, number of monthly instalments, and 12 or 15% APR is applicable depending on the period of the hire purchase.
The customer will be notified by email, SMS or phone call to confirm the delivery location, date and time.
PKLonline.mu endeavours to make the order available for pickup/delivered within two working days from order confirmation and payment received. The customer needs to present his/her National ID Card or Passport for goods delivery.
Orders less than MUR 1,500.00 will be charged a delivery fee of MUR 150.00. Orders equal to or above MUR 1,500.00 will be delivered free of charge.
The customer must inspect the product(s) before taking delivery. Any damage is to be reported immediately to the Delivery Agent. PKLonline.mu will not accept responsibility for damages detected after the delivery agent has left the delivery point.
Once the customer has inspected the order and signed on the delivery document, the said document shall constitute a proof of delivery.
Working days and hours are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:30
(Excluding public holidays and force majeure)
You can view the status of your order in Account – Order History.
Status can be as follows:
- Paying: The Customer has paid by Juice or Bank Transfer or CIM Finance. The funds have not been credited/verified to our Bank Account yet. (Credit/Debit card and MyT money funds are instantly credited to our Bank Account).
- Pending: Funds have been credited to our Bank Account. The Planning Department will schedule your delivery soon.
- Packing: The delivery date/time/place have been finalized with you and your order will be removed from our warehouse.
- In transit to collection point: Your order is on its way to the collection point you selected.
- In transit to customer via PKLonline.mu: Your order is on its way to you by our Delivery Agent.
- Ready to collect: Your order is now at the collection point you selected.
- Collected: You have collected your order.
- Delivered: Your order has been delivered to you by our Delivery Agent.
- Completed: You have acknowledged receipt of your order with proof of delivery.
- Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled.
PKLonline.mu does not accept returns once products are sold and once delivery is acknowledged in good condition by the customer; and the goods cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.
The customer shall not accept the delivery if:
- the seal is broken prior delivery (i.e. mobile phones)
- the product being delivered is not the same as the product that has been ordered
In those circumstances, the customer shall return the product to the Delivery Agent of PKLonline.mu.
In case a customer finds a product defective after delivery, the customer shall notify PKLonline.mu within 24 hours of delivery by calling on (+230) 260 3700 or send a mail to email@example.com.
Any request for return will be considered solely based on the warranty conditions attached to the product on the following conditions:
- The customer must bring the defective product to PKLonline.mu located at Motorway M1, Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun, Mauritius, together with the valid Warranty Certificate, if any.
- The customer must present the Sales Invoice and his/her National ID Card or Passport.
- The customer agrees neither himself/herself nor to allow any other party to modify or tamper with the product. Any evidence of same shall be considered as a “material breach” of the Terms and Conditions by the customer.
- PKLonline.mu shall have no obligation to accept back any product if any of above conditions are not being respected.
Motor vehicle spare parts
Customers are allowed to return motor vehicle spare parts within 14 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The returned spare part is in good condition;
- The returned spare part does not fit the customer’s vehicle.
The spare part shall be returned at Motorway M1, Industrial Zone, Plaine Lauzun, Mauritius for inspection.
In those circumstances, PKLonline.mu shall exchange the spare part, subject to availability of the replacement. Should there be any price variance, either party will do needful to pay the difference..
In the event the replacement part is not available in stock, PKLonline.mu shall refund the customer through its bank account (refer to Cancellation of Order and Refund Policy found in this document).
If it is detected that the spare part has been used or tampered with, PKLonline.mu shall not exchange the product nor shall refund the customer.
Cancellation of Order and Refund Policy
A customer may cancel his/her order within 24 hours of the purchase, with valid reasons, by calling PKLonline.mu on (+230) 260 3700 or send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer will have to give the Order Confirmation Number when calling PKLonline.mu for the processing of the cancellation. PKLonline.mu shall endeavour to reverse the payment back to the customer’s bank account. For each cancelled order, the customer will be charged a fee of 5% on the purchase amount as processing fee.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Vouchers must be redeemed at PKLonline.mu using the coupon code sent to the recipient.
A Gift Vouchers is valid for one-use transaction only and can be redeemed only at PKLonline.mu.
A Gift Voucher must be redeemed for its full value. Any purchase below value of Voucher will be invalid.
If the value of a purchase exceeds the value of the Gift voucher, the customer will be required to pay the difference.A Gift Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
No liability of any sort whatsoever shall be borne by PKLonline.mu in relation to the occurrence of force majeure and any of the incidents mentioned above.
Any material downloaded or otherwise accessed by the use of the Website shall be rendered at the discretion and expense of the customer and shall be solely liable for any damage to or loss of data arising from the download of any such material to his/her computer device and PKLonline.mu shall at all times be kept harmless from such claims.
